A Yearlong Journey to Deepen Your Connection to the Earth, the Elements, and Your Own Sacred Timing This Journey is For You If: You long to feel more rooted, more present, and more connected to the living Earth. You are seeking a spiritual practice that honors the natural cycles and your authentic self. You want to understand how to work with elemental energies, seasonal transitions, and lunar phases. You desire guidance, structure, and inspiration to deepen your personal spiritual path.
This is a monthly membership that includes all of the dance offerings, along with a wealth of bonus content including yoga, meditation, interval fitness training, myofascial release (foam rolling), musicality and more. All offerings will be recorded and stored in an archive for your continued use.
