Intellectual Property

All content, courses, downloads, and materials are the property of Rose of Venus, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written consent.

Payments & Bookings

Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase. By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

In the case of choosing a payment plan option on any service or product, you agree to the full term of the payment plan. There is no refund or waiver of fees if you choose to discontinue.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the energetic, digital, and time-based nature of our offerings, we do not provide refunds or cancellations once a purchase is made.

  • If you are unable to attend a live session you booked, you may request a reschedule (subject to availability) by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Digital products, courses, and memberships are non-refundable.

  • Mentorship packages: I do not offer refunds or cancellations. Due to the nature of these courses and services, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process. It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to the client terms and conditions.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refunds policy.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that Rose of Venus, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, consultations, classes, products, or website.
